Delivery Policy

Please read all delivery terms and conditions before booking – by purchasing from Atelier by Tarteliere you thereby agree to our delivery policy below

Where do you Deliver?

We deliver most areas within Dubai. Please use our delivery area in the checkout to see if we deliver you. If you are outside of our delivery zone contact us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to help you!

When do you Deliver?

Delivery is available apart from :

January | 1st – 7th | Annual New Year Break (TBC)

August  | 5th – 20th | Annual Summer Break (TBC). 

Deliveries in Dubai are done daily by areas from 11am – 3pm. These timings may be extended during weekends & festive season.

How much is delivery?

We charge 30 – 50 Dhs in delivery costs for all orders within our delivery coverage area in Dubai. If your area is not covered or you are located in another emirate, please contact us.

How does delivery work?

At checkout we offer one standard delivery window (between 11am – 3pm). We are unable to offer specific delivery time requests, but will of course let you know if there are any extended delays. Please be aware that if delivery is a little earlier than you need in the day, most products are the perfect size to pop into the fridge until ready to serve

We use reliable delivery services who will deliver the products to you, but we are not in control of external factors such as traffic and travel diversions. We aim to meet delivery times but during exceptionally busy periods deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally in case of force majeure events, will mean that these delivery times may need to be extended.

Do I need to be in to accept my delivery?

Yes, please ensure you or a trusted person is at the given is readily available to receive the order.

What is your policy if there is no one to receive the order?

Delivery will be attempted by the service. Failing that, the order will be left at your doorstep/reception/conciergerie/safe place. Fresh food products cannot be sent back to our Atelier.

Atelier by Tarteliere is not responsible for the product once left at a doorstep/reception/conciergerie/safe place.

What if my order is a gift?

The above still applies.

I want to send a gift but I don’t have the recipient’s address, what should I do?

We require a full address of the recipient to confirm a delivery. If you’d like to send a gift, please ensure you have the full correct address of the recpient.

Incomplete / Inaccurate details

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they provide their full & correct address details. If a client is has provided incomplete address, an Atelier by Tarteliere team member will try to contact client via email, call, WhatsApp. 

If there is no response from the client, the order will be put on hold until we receive the additional information necessary.

If a client has provided incorrect address, it is to the discretion of the team to either – deliver the new location if possible or schedule a pickup at our Atelier. Should either options not be possible, the order will be considered forfeited. 

Any additional delivery fees because of a wrong delivery address is born client-side prior to re-delivering. Items that cannot be delivered will be forfeited.

 

Brands & Corporates (10+ group delivery)

ALL OF THE ABOVE STILL APPLIES, APART FROM COSTS AND THE BELOW:

Atelier by Tarteliere does not handle deliveries of group/bulk orders. We are more than happy to use your preferred delivery service or recommend our own delivery service to you but we prefer the client to handle delivery logistics.

We can make an exception and organise the collection of products from our Atelier, and communicate the delivery addresses to a preferred delivery provider.

In these cases, the delivery company is a separate entity from Atelier by Tarteliere and the responsibility of the (often fragile) products ends with Atelier by Tarteliere from the collection point. Atelier by Tarteliere do not charge clients for tracking, logistic enquiries or resolving delivery issues during and after delivery period.

For any problems related to shipping and lost/stolen/missed/damaged deliveries, Atelier by Tarteliere can provide clients with delivery service contact details. Once our products leave our Atelier if any issues or problems occur, it’s the clients responsibility to resolve directly with the delivery service.

Atelier by Tarteliere cannot accept liability for products spoiled due to missed deliveries. This also includes missed deliveries for customers who have ordered delivery to their place of work or other, but have not stayed long enough to accept the deliveries that have been attempted in the evenings. Customers should be present for deliveries and acceptance of the order.

Atelier by Tarteliere are more than happy to provide replacements for any product, which are chargeable.

The deadline for delivery addresses submission to Atelier by Tarteliere is strictly 7 days before we start making the product. If we receive addresses outside of this window, agreed deliveries are not guaranteed.
