How do I order?

Visit our online shop to order your delicious platters & bakes.  Please order at least 48 hrs in advance. We work on a first come first served basis.

Is your Charcuterie Halal?

All our Charcuterie is Halal certified 😉 .

How do you deal with allergies? Can you omit certain ingredients?

While we may be able to omit items containing possible allergens ahead of time and upon request, there is a high risk of cross-contamination. Our food is not prepared in an allergen-free environment. Anyone with a food allergy should refrain from consuming our products.  Please note that we do not recommend consuming cheese whilst pregnant.   

What is the difference between a disposable wooden platter and a box?

Both options include the same beautifully presented items but are presented in two unique Atelier styles. Our disposable wooden platters are wrapped and ready to go for dinner parties or table setups. Our boxes are easy to transport and ideal for outdoor events, picnics or casual at-home grazing & they’re eco-friendly!. 

How can I pay?

We accept online payments via credit / debit card. If you’re ordering via Whatsapp or Instagram, we will send you a payment link for card payments, or alternatively bank transfer payments upon request.

How does delivery work?

At checkout we offer a delivery window (between 10am- 2pm) for our customers. We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery times need to be extended. We are unable to give you an exact time of delivery but will of course let you know if there are any extended delays.

If a product is needed early AM we recommend delivery the day before. Please be aware that delivery may be earlier in the day (before the preferred delivery window), but most products are the perfect size to pop into the fridge until needed.

Do you deliver my area?

We cover most of Dubai and other emirates too upon request.  You can find our delivery areas on the checkout page.

Please do not place an order under the wrong delivery district. If your order is placed for an area that is not covered by our delivery team,

your order might not get delivered and you will be notified via email.

How much is the delivery?

Deliveries are complimentary for all orders above 250 Dhs and within our Dubai covered areas. 

Deliveries to other emirates:

Sharjah & Ajman – 50 Dhs – 

Abu Dhabi & Al Ain -100 Dhs 

Where can I collect my order?

We are a Delivery based service. Come back to check on our socials @tarteliere for more updates on this 🙂

Can I book a specific delivery slot?

Deliveries are done daily by areas between 10 am and 2.00 pm, depending on our schedule for that day. 

We cannot provide more specific delivery timings. Please enquire for our special festive delivery timings.

How far in advance should I book?

We often get booked up quickly and advise our customers to book at least 2-5 days in advance for platters/boxes and more for catering.

You can order on our online boutique 2+ days ahead. Please contact us for urgent requests.

Do the platters need to be refrigerated?

If you are not consuming the platters immediately, then yes. Refrigerate and enjoy within 24 -48hrs.

What is your policy if there is no one to receive the product?

Delivery will be attempted by our delivery team. If no one is in, the product will be left in a safe space outside of the address, as it cannot be couriered back to our Atelier. Atelier by Tarteliere is not responsible for the product once left in a safe place.

What is the best way to contact you if I have an inquiry

Email is the best method as we are not always able to answer the phone.

What if I want to postpone or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible, we understand that life may get in the way :).

We will try to help with a  postponement at a later date (depending on our availability).

 

For cancellations, please inform us at least 36hrs in advance with more notice for catering. 

You will be credited with store credit of  the value of your order to use within 1 year of issued credit.

Do you have corporate rates?

We don’t offer corporate rates; however we are happy to explore competitive pricing on larger orders.
