Right here on the online boutique for delicious platters & bites. 

We accept online payments via credit / debit card.. If you’re ordering via Whatsapp or Instagram, we will send you a payment link for card payments, or alternatively bank transfer payments upon request.

Pickups are available upon requests. Please contact us for more information on this.

We cover most of Dubai and other emirates too upon request.  You can find our delivery areas on the checkout page. If you don’t see your area, Whatsapp us to see if we can help 😉

Please do not place an order under the wrong delivery district. If your order is placed for an area that is not covered by our delivery team, your order will be postponed until you provided us with an alternative address or arrange for a pickup.

Deliveries are done daily by areas between 10 am and 2.00 pm, depending on our schedule for that day.  We cannot provide more specific delivery timings. Please enquire for our special festive delivery timings.

Our cheese selection comes from farmhouses and artisanal cheese-makers, mostly European. 

We include a mix of gourmet crackers from our favourite artisanal suppliers. Our cracker selection may change from time to time. 

All our Charcuterie is Halal certified 😉 .

While we may be able to omit items containing possible allergens ahead of time and upon  request, there is a risk of cross-contamination. Our food is not prepared in an allergen-free environment. Anyone with a food allergy should refrain from consuming our products. 

Both options include the same beautifully presented items but are presented in two unique Atelier styles. Our disposable wooden platters are wrapped in cellophane and ready to go for dinner parties or table setups. Our boxes are easy to transport and ideal for outdoor events, picnics or casual at-home grazing & they’re eco-friendly!. 

Please contact us as soon as possible, we understand that life may get in the way :). We will try to help with a  postponement at a later date (depending on our availability).  For cancellations, please inform us at least 36hrs in advance (catering may need more notice).

We don’t offer corporate rates; however we are happy to explore competitive pricing on larger orders.

While we’re happy to remove anything you may not like, we don’t currently customize our platters. 

If you are not consuming the platter immediately, then yes. Refrigerate and consume within 24 hrs for freshness.
